Our title specialists provide current surface ownership and occupancy data to generate line lists for right of entry, survey permission and other project purposes, together with multi-year title abstracts and limited title certificates to meet Client requirements.

We can advise and assist in determining the best routes and/or sites for your project. Utilizing UAS aerial and other photography and extensive mapping and records resources, we will conduct opportunity / constraints / alternatives analysis to assist your engineering and routing people in choosing the best routes and locations for your project. 

We will work with you to develop location-specific documents, if required, and in the field to obtain executed Right of Entry and/or Survey Permission forms from Landowners and tenants of both directly affected and abutters’ parcels for civil, environmental, geo-tech and cultural surveys.

Prior to construction, we'll meet with landowners and other stakeholders to assure that all parties have a clear understanding of the construction process from pre-construction to restoration to assure that your protocols are followed and that access, storage, and any landowner issues that might arise are addressed promptly.

Answering landowner questions and negotiating damage claims are an essential parts of our role as your representative. Our agents are skilled negotiators who assess various damage factors, such as to land, timber, or crops, to quickly arrive at a mutually acceptable settlement consistent with the your directives. 

We are also available to provide landowner outreach and damage negotiations for anomaly digs and periodic maintenance of pipelines and surface facilities.

We provide civil, cultural and environmental survey coordination, on-site briefings, and accompany crews in the field to promptly address Landowner and other issues.
